About
What Dubai Service Hub actually is
Dubai Service Hub is a WhatsApp-first service desk for home maintenance and fabric care in Dubai. You send one message describing the job — AC, electrical, villa AMC, sofa, carpet, mattress, water tank, junk removal — and we coordinate the rest with an independent service provider from our network. One thread, one quote in writing, one visit if you want to combine maintenance and cleaning.
Who we are
We are not a company with a yard full of vans and a payroll of technicians. We are a small coordination team working with independent maintenance and cleaning providers across Dubai — the same way most property managers here already run their vendors. When you book, we pass your job to an independent provider who handles that kind of work, share the scope and price in the same chat, and stay on the thread while the job is arranged. You deal with us, not six different tradespeople.
Why that beats the usual alternatives
Booking a technician directly is fast, but the quality varies wildly and nobody tracks whether the last fix held. Building management is convenient but slow and usually limited to their own vendors. Calling a company from a directory is a coin flip. What we do is keep a small curated list of providers, describe on our pages what to expect and what to ask them, and put the price in writing before anyone turns up.
What we do
Nineteen services across home maintenance and cleaning, and six priority communities: Dubai Marina, JVC, Business Bay, Al Barsha, Arabian Ranches and Downtown Dubai. If you are somewhere else in Dubai, ask — we usually can. Villa AMCs cover villa communities including Arabian Ranches, Springs, Meadows and Jumeirah Park.
What we're not
Not a marketplace with hundreds of listings to browse. We do not do manufacturer warranty work; for a unit under warranty, contact the manufacturer or their service agent. Not a service that will quote you a price it can't honour on the day just to win the booking. If we can't do a job well, we say so and usually point you at someone who can.
Official sources we point people to
For rules that apply to your property, the authorities are the source of truth, not us or any provider. Useful starting points are Dubai Municipalityfor building, food-safety and water-storage guidance andDEWA for electricity and water supply matters. Read how we write our guides in the editorial policy.
Talk to us
The quickest way to reach us is the WhatsApp link on any page — a real person replies in the same chat during working hours. Or use the form on the contact page if you'd rather send a written brief.
